Route

The run will begin on the grounds of the University,
Running through Rush Green road to the junction of Dagenham road then Turning right into Dagenham road, past the College on the right hand side Up to the junction of Rainham road North/Oxlow lane then turn right into Rainham road North, running past central park, the fire station, and back into the grounds of the University.
