All runners must register and pay the registration fee to run.

If you cancel seven days prior to the event, you registration maybe refunded to you depending on the circumstances around the cancellation. Please contact the office to discuss further.

The race starts at 8am.

The race is open to runners between 8am & 8:30am. You can start your run anytime between these set times.

We advise runners to arrive early enough to pick up their numbers with a timing chip.

There are first aiders and Marshalls on the route and they will be available to support your needs. If it is serious then dial 999 for emergency assistance.
